Shipping & Return Policy

As a small business I pride myself on great customer service & am happy to go above & beyond. However, I can also smell a scammer & as a small business owner I have the right to refuse refunds & sending out free products.

  • If your package is truly lost in transit or arrives broken or damaged I am always happy to send a replacement. Please let me know of the issue immediately. Please email photos of damaged products.
  • Packages are shipped promptly & typically within 24 hours on a business day.
  • If your tracking shows delivered, but you cannot located your package, please contact me at bellotallow@icloud.com within 2 days of delivery.
  • Bello Tallow is not responsible for stolen packages.
  • I highly encourage you to choose priority shipping for the extra $2 if you have a tricky address or experience issues with deliveries.
  • Please double check your address & do not forget apartment numbers or PO Boxes. Items returned to Bello Tallow with invalid addresses will be charged additional shipping when the item is sent to the correct address. Tallow can melt during excessive transit times and cannot be restocked if returned to sender. Refunds will not be given for returned items due to incorrect addresses.
  • Returns are not accepted for sanitary reasons.
